About the Resident Attorney / Judge Membership: Any person who has been admitted to practice law and is in good standing with the State of California bar and who either resides or practices in the County of Orange, State of California. About the Non-Resident Attorney Membership: Any person who has been admitted to practice law in any State other than the State of California, or any Territory or District of the United States of America and is in good standing with the jurisdiction where barred but who neither resides nor practices in the County of Orange, State of California. About the Associate Membership: Any person holding a professional degree or a certification, who is not admitted to practice law before any state or federal court, who either resides or works in the County of Orange, State of California, and who actively supports the mission of the Association. About the Legal Professional Membership: A paralegal, legal assistant, legal analyst or other similar titles qualified through education, training or work experience, who is not admitted to practice in any state or federal district, and who is employed or retained by a lawyer, law office, law department, governmental agency, or other entity in a capacity or function that involves the performance, under the ultimate direction and supervision of an attorney, of specifically delegated substantive legal related work. |
